I’ll be guiding you through the process for both mobile and computer users. I’ve also written this in two languages—English and Thai—to make it easy for our international visitors and local Thai customers to read.

Just follow the steps below. It’s very simple, and I’m sure you’ll have a great shopping experience once you’ve seen how it's done!

 

Mobile

 

Step 1: Choose the item you want to order. Let’s take this masturbator as a simple example—just click to enter the product detail page.

 

 

Step 2: Pick your favorite model under "COLOR" (such as: styles, colors, sizes, etc.). 

 

 

Once you’ve made your choice, click "🛍ใส่ในรถเข็น" to add the item to your shopping bag.

 

 

Step 3: You’ll see a red number "1" appearing on the shopping bag icon in the top right corner. Click on that icon, and you’ll see that the masturbator has been added. Now, there are two terms that might be confusing for foreign tourists. “รถเข็น” means your Shopping Cart, where you can view your list of items and adjust quantities or styles. On the other hand, “เช็คเอาท์” means Checkout, which takes you directly to the payment stage. Let’s click on that.

 

 

Step 4: This is the final step! You are now on the checkout page where you’ll fill in your shipping details. First, you will see “ข้อมูลสรุปคำสั่งซื้อ” (which means Order Summary). Expand it to review your order details.

 

 

Scroll down and start by entering your email address. We use this to send your order confirmation, tracking info, and to contact you if there are any issues with your order. Rest assured, we won’t send you any marketing spam or leak your private information.

After entering your email, fill in your detailed shipping address. Please make sure to provide a complete address and a Thai phone number. Our couriers cannot deliver if you provide a phone number from another country.

When choosing your province, you’ll notice the drop-down menu is entirely in Thai. Don’t worry—you can simply use your browser’s built-in translation tool to translate it into your preferred language.

 

 

Continue scrolling down, and you’ll see the shipping fee. (We have a flat rate of 40 Baht for all items and regions, but shipping is free on orders over 799 Baht.)

Next is the payment method. For now, we only accept Cash on Delivery (more payment options will be added in the future).

Finally, double-check all the information you’ve filled in, and then you can simply click "Complete order."

 

 

Congratulations! You’ve successfully placed your order via mobile.

 

 

PC

 

Actually, the operation is the same on mobile and computer, but for the convenience of more users, I will explain it in detail here.

Step 1: Similarly, select the product you wish to order. Let's take this masturbator as an example—simply click to go to the product details page.

Similar to the mobile version, you'll need to provide your email and shipping info. Please be precise with your contact name, phone, full address, and postal code.

โดยผมจะอธิบายทั้งขั้นตอนสำหรับผู้ที่ใช้งานผ่าน มือถือ และ คอมพิวเตอร์ นอกจากนี้ผมยังจัดทำเป็น 2 ภาษา ทั้งภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทย เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้กับทั้งลูกค้าชาวไทยและเพื่อนๆ ชาวต่างชาติให้เข้าใจได้ง่ายที่สุดครับ

เพียงแค่ทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่างนี้ ซึ่งมันง่ายมากๆ ครับ และผมมั่นใจว่าเมื่อคุณดูจบแล้ว คุณจะได้รับประสบการณ์การช้อปปิ้งที่ราบรื่นและยอดเยี่ยมที่สุดแน่นอน!

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เลือกสินค้าที่คุณต้องการสั่งซื้อ
ยกตัวอย่างง่ายๆ เช่น กระบอกช่วยตัวเองชิ้นนี้ เพียงแค่คุณคลิกเข้าไปที่หน้ารายละเอียดของสินค้าได้เลยครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: เลือกรูปแบบที่คุณชอบในเมนู "COLOR" (เช่น เลือกสไตล์, สี หรือขนาด เป็นต้น)

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: เพิ่มสินค้าลงในรถเข็น เมื่อเลือกแบบที่ถูกใจได้แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม "🛍ใส่ในรถเข็น" เพื่อเก็บสินค้าไว้ในตะกร้าเตรียมสั่งซื้อครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: ตรวจสอบตะกร้าและไปที่หน้าชำระเงิน
คุณจะเห็นตัวเลข "1" สีแดงปรากฏขึ้นบนไอคอนรถเข็นที่มุมขวาบน ให้คลิกที่ไอคอนนั้น แล้วคุณจะเห็นว่าสินค้าได้ถูกเพิ่มเข้าไปแล้วครับ

ตอนนี้มี 2 คำที่อาจทำให้ลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติสับสนเล็กน้อย:

“รถเข็น” หมายถึง Shopping Cart (ตะกร้าสินค้า) ซึ่งคุณสามารถดูรายการสินค้าทั้งหมด ปรับจำนวน หรือเปลี่ยนแบบได้ที่นี่

“เช็คเอาท์” หมายถึง Checkout (ไปที่หน้าชำระเงิน) ซึ่งจะนำคุณเข้าสู่ขั้นตอนการจ่ายเงินทันที กดคลิกที่ปุ่มนี้ได้เลยครับ!

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 5: กรอกที่อยู่จัดส่งและตรวจสอบคำสั่งซื้อครั้งสุดท้าย นี่คือขั้นตอนสุดท้ายแล้วครับ! ตอนนี้คุณจะอยู่ที่หน้าเช็คเอาท์เพื่อกรอกรายละเอียดการจัดส่ง อันดับแรกคุณจะเห็นแถบที่เขียนว่า “ข้อมูลสรุปคำสั่งซื้อ” (ซึ่งหมายถึง Order Summary) ให้กดขยายแถบนี้ออกมาเพื่อตรวจสอบรายละเอียดสินค้าและราคาทั้งหมดอีกครั้งครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 6: กรอกอีเมลและที่อยู่จัดส่ง เลื่อนลงมาด้านล่างเพื่อเริ่มกรอกอีเมลของคุณครับ เราจะใช้ที่อยู่นี้เพื่อส่งการยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ ข้อมูลการติดตามพัสดุ และใช้ติดต่อหากมีปัญหาใดๆ เกี่ยวกับออเดอร์ สบายใจได้เลยครับว่าเราจะไม่มีการส่งสแปมโฆษณาที่น่ารำคาญ หรือทำให้ข้อมูลส่วนตัวของคุณรั่วไหลแน่นอน

หลังจากกรอกอีเมลแล้ว ให้กรอกที่อยู่จัดส่งโดยละเอียด โปรดตรวจสอบให้แน่ใจว่าได้ระบุที่อยู่ที่ครบถ้วนและ "เบอร์โทรศัพท์ของไทย" เท่านั้น เนื่องจากบริษัทขนส่งในไทยจะไม่สามารถจัดส่งได้หากคุณใช้เบอร์โทรศัพท์จากต่างประเทศครับ

ในส่วนของการเลือกจังหวัด คุณอาจจะเห็นเมนูเป็นภาษาไทยทั้งหมด แต่ไม่ต้องกังวลครับ—คุณสามารถใช้เครื่องมือแปลภาษาในบราวน์เซอร์ของคุณ เพื่อแปลชื่อจังหวัดเป็นภาษาที่คุณต้องการได้ทันทีครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 7: ค่าจัดส่ง, การชำระเงิน และยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ เมื่อเลื่อนลงมาต่อ คุณจะพบกับค่าจัดส่งครับ (เราคิดค่าส่งคงที่เพียง 40 บาท สำหรับสินค้าทุกชิ้นและทุกพื้นที่ทั่วไทย แต่ถ้าคุณช้อปครบ 799 บาทขึ้นไป เรา จัดส่งให้ฟรี ทันทีครับ!)

ถัดมาคือวิธีการชำระเงิน ในขณะนี้เราเปิดรับเฉพาะการ ชำระเงินปลายทาง (Cash on Delivery) เท่านั้น (และเราจะมีการเพิ่มช่องทางการชำระเงินอื่นๆ ในอนาคตครับ)

ที่จริงแล้วขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อบนคอมพิวเตอร์และมือถือจะคล้ายกันมากครับ แต่เพื่อความสะดวกของผู้ใช้งานในแต่ละอุปกรณ์ ผมจะขออธิบายรายละเอียดให้ชัดเจนในส่วนนี้อีกครั้งครับ

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เลือกสินค้าที่คุณต้องการสั่งซื้อ
เช่นเดียวกับบนมือถือครับ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น กระบอกช่วยตัวเองชิ้นนี้ เพียงแค่คลิกเข้าไปเพื่อดูรายละเอียดของสินค้าได้เลยครับ

หากคุณพร้อมที่จะชำระเงินแล้ว เพียงแค่คลิกที่ปุ่ม “เช็คเอาท์” เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้าการจ่ายเงินได้ทันที ง่ายมากๆ ครับ!

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: ขั้นตอนสุดท้าย - ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและที่อยู่จัดส่ง นี่คือขั้นตอนสุดท้ายแล้วครับ! ตอนนี้คุณจะอยู่ที่หน้าเช็คเอาท์ ซึ่งคุณต้องตรวจสอบรายละเอียดออเดอร์และกรอกข้อมูลที่อยู่จัดส่งครับ

หน้าจอบนคอมพิวเตอร์จะถูกแบ่งออกเป็นสองฝั่งชัดเจน:

ขั้นตอนที่ 1: เลือกสินค้าที่คุณต้องการสั่งซื้อ
เช่นเดียวกับบนมือถือครับ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น กระบอกช่วยตัวเองชิ้นนี้ เพียงแค่คลิกเข้าไปเพื่อดูรายละเอียดของสินค้าได้เลยครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 2: เลือกรูปแบบที่คุณชอบในเมนู "COLOR" (เช่น เลือกสไตล์, สี หรือขนาด เป็นต้น) เมื่อเลือกแบบที่ถูกใจได้แล้ว ให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม "🛍ใส่ในรถเข็น" เพื่อเพิ่มสินค้าลงในตะกร้าของคุณครับ

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 3: ตรวจสอบตะกร้าสินค้าของคุณ หลังจากกดเพิ่มสินค้าลงในรถเข็นแล้ว จะมีไอคอนรถเข็นเด้งขึ้นมาที่มุมขวาบนครับ แต่ถ้าหากไม่มีอะไรเด้งขึ้นมา คุณสามารถเลื่อนเมาส์ไปวางเหนือไอคอนรูปตะกร้า/รถเข็น แล้วรายละเอียดสินค้าในตะกร้าก็จะปรากฏออกมาให้เห็นครับ

หากคุณพร้อมที่จะชำระเงินแล้ว เพียงแค่คลิกที่ปุ่ม “เช็คเอาท์” เพื่อเข้าสู่หน้าการจ่ายเงินได้ทันที ง่ายมากๆ ครับ!

 

 

ขั้นตอนที่ 4: ขั้นตอนสุดท้าย - ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและที่อยู่จัดส่ง นี่คือขั้นตอนสุดท้ายแล้วครับ! ตอนนี้คุณจะอยู่ที่หน้าเช็คเอาท์ ซึ่งคุณต้องตรวจสอบรายละเอียดออเดอร์และกรอกข้อมูลที่อยู่จัดส่งครับ
